This cable did exactly what I needed it to do (hook my new HD TV to my DVR), and at less than 10% of what I would have paid at Best Buy for the same type of cable.

I waited a while to give this review, because I was hesitant to slam a product. I wanted to like the 4 GB card, but I am afraid to use it other than a back-up.

I got a 4 GB transcend card a couple days before my trip to the Boundary Waters. I needed it quickly, so I paid for the 2 day shipping with the “frustration free packaging”

Right away when I put it in my camera I noticed something I thought not quite right. The counter on my Nikon gave an estimate of 538 pictures in fine Jpeg mode. My other 4 GB card, a Promaster, gives me an estimate of 555 pictures with the same setting as Jpeg fine.
I disregarded it thinking maybe different brands give different estimates.I also figured maybe the counter just gave this card a different reading and would get about the same as my other card.

After about 200 to 300 pictures saved on the card and suddenly while shooting a sunrise (with the setting at raw) my camera wouldn’t shoot. I got the dreaded error that my camera could not read my card and that the card may be damaged. I cried and panicked for a good hour or so, because these were photos taken from about two days on a trip and I wouldn’t be able to return to those spots. I feared the worst. Fortunately someone thought to put the card in her camera. It worked, but the thumbnails looked odd for a short time. Afterwards I put the card back in my camera and it works. I don’t know how long it will work and I question the reliability. I’m keeping mostly because the plastic case holds my 2GB Promaster card. Until I can get a card reader(in hopes that will read the card if it fails), I’m retiring the card and only using it when I am about to shoot experiments or something I don’t mind losing. I suspect some kind of defect, now that even after formatting, the counter is still lower than my other card.

Because of this,I am also worried about the “frustration free” packaging. I loved the concept, but I really hope I am not getting someone’s returned product.

This one kept appearing in my recommended reads but I kept putting it off. I am now delighted to have read it. Easy to read and powerful in its simplicity, I engaged with the characters…feeling intense hate for some and pain and compassion and hope for others. I both laughed and cried. Well done Kathryn, an excellent book, not entirely ficticious.

When you first get this, it would have some odor (like paint) so you might want to air it out prior to first use.

This is my second one. I am using it for my new Tomtom 630; I bought it previously for my Tomtom One 3rd Edition. This fits both GPS and all my accessories. This bag comes with 2 soft cases for the GPS and another for any accessories you think require additional protection. I don’t even use them. It will make the case bulky and possibly not fit everything I wanted to put in it. I also think the fact that it is a hard case is sufficient enough to protect it from breakage or shock from dropping the case. The carrying handle is very useful for me. The inner liner is so soft and should not scratch your GPS. I have my car charger on the zipped pouch, GPS and wall mount on the right side of it, then USB cable, wall charger with another USB cable on the side pocket. If you want your GPS and all your accessories in one place, this is the bag for you.

My second purchase had minor flaws on the outer fabric – Amazon replaced it quickly for me. The black fabric appeared to be wrinkled up and not glued flat. The replacement was perfect. Thank you, Amazon!

I didn’t expect a lot at this price and after my last cheap hoover which I used only a few times before giving to goodwill, I bought this purely on reviews.
CONS:
~It’s the LOUDEST vacuum I’ve ever owned. My ears ring after every use, I need to buy earplugs.
~Rattley, plastic and cheap, you are pushing around a load of rattley plastic..just feels so cheap.
~Hose is almost worthless. Kinked with first use, exceptionally poor quality, thin, short and needs replacement pronto.
~Does a terrible job on tile. Spits stuff everywhere. This is a shame, my house is 90% tile. I now have to use the cheap hose on the tile to pick up all the stuff not picked up but spit everywhere.
~Way too chunky, big and awkward to get under anything. Out comes that darn hose constantly…

PROS:
~Pretty blue color.
~Cheap price which is all I could do right now.
~Works great on my big rugs.
~I like “bagged” vacuums better than “bagless”, much less mess and easier for me to use so this is a pro.
~Pretty good suction although took the corners of many rugs and instantly caught them up inside..be careful.
~Hose, albeit cheap and kinks easily, has lots of power..TOO much..(pro or con here?) and sucks small rugs up so tightly you have to yank to get them off. There has to be a happy medium here with this darn hose. It works great in corners and stuff, however, because of the power. Just doesn’t reach far….
