I just received the Garmin FR 305 device 2 weeks ago and I was really anxious to using it.
I love the running related features, it helps me a lot keep the pace, verify the distance, keep the timing so I remember to finally go home. I enjoyed it in the mountains as well, elevation measurements providing relatively accurate information.
One major dislike – the Heart Rate Monitor is not working at all, out of the box. I tried with a different battery, I forced the scan a couple of times. Absolutely no luck.
One “good” news is that the wrist watch detects the HRM from a friend, so I isolated the issue.
I hope Amazon/Garmin support will help me solve the issue.

As a girl reared in Birmingham in the 40’s-60’s, it brought back many memories,
loving, tearful and considerable guilt. Sorry I didn’t understand more what was
actually behind my mother and grandmother’s statements, “Well, they just prefer
it that way.” My memories are not as harsh as Skeeter’s; however, the city bus
signs being moved to accommodate white high school kids and the water fountains
were confusing for a child taught to give up their seat to the older, tired or
pregnant. I was disturbed to see blacks standing in the back of the bus while
seats were available in the front. Like the author, I left the South in my 20’s
(for Chicago, then Manhattan). Yet I felt the need to defend my home (the South)
when often met with jeering comments about my state or the South. I appreciate
the author’s careful spelling to ensure the words of her characters. It took me
back to a long ago place in my Grandmother’s kitchen with Loucile singing black
gospel songs while I, too, sang at the top of my pre-school lungs.

Nice large size. Pulls gobs of fur from my cat. Didn’t realize that he was so skinny until his coat was thinned.

This can be used anywhere from recreational purposes to eduction. The sleek design is makes it thinner than its predecessors. There are both the 8gb and the 64gb out there but this is a good median for the price.

So far this card is working as advertised. At this point I would be happy to recommend this card to anyone in my family or any of my friends. If you choose to purchase this card, I hope you have as good of an experience as I have had. Do something nice for someone today and tell them to pay it forward.
Forever Collectibles Disney Toy
Yep, for $75 it cleans my whole place and does a darn good job of it too. Hardwood floors and thick carpeting … no problem. Purchased based on other reviewers. Everybody else was absolutely right. This is one heck of a deal on a very good vacuum. I did have a bit of a hard time installing two of the screws (it comes partly disassembled and it will take 15 minutes or so to initially assemble), which appear to be mis-sized. I’m sure I’m just missing something and will take a closer look when I get a chance. For now it’s working great though.

It seems everyone is so busy giving content reviews that always seem to entail entirely of the repetitive explaining of the books plot (which, by the way, anyone can read in back of the actual book or on the Amazon — or any other book store for that matter — expert. You really don’t have to keep typing up the plot of the story over an over. Just give your OPINION!). Be that as it may, there is still no mention of anyone’s take of the actual physical item. If there is, after about the 25th review, I just got tired of looking. It just seems so hard to find reviews of the actual physical product (be it books, movies, whatever!), which can be frustrating because sometimes I’d like to know if the more expensive collector/limited editions are really worth their prices. So anyway, this will be my quick 2-cents about the Collector’s edition of this book, with the 2-star rating based on the physical item and not the actual story. This review will also coincide with the rest of the collection as they have all been made the same way.
For such a widely popular story, I was really expecting a lot more in the making of this edition (especially considering the price). Sure, it looks nice and pretty with the plastic on (or in the stock photos), but almost as soon as you take the plastic off, the wear and tear starts. Almost any movement will create some kind of blemish on the case, which is also not as sturdy as I thought it would be; very flimsy cardboard indeed. I’ve also noticed the placement of the spine printing is off-center a lot. The first one I bought (that came with the case completely damaged, by the way) had the spine printing so far to the right, it almost started wrapping around to the front! I guess some were made with better care than others because I have seen some that are aligned correctly. As for the actual book inside, it’s ok. Very plain except for the small square sticker pasted on the front that depicts the original cover photo (just seems
The People Who Discovered
This scale weighs in .2 lb increments, and has a bright, large back-lit display that stays on long enough to get off the scale to read it (without my glasses on!) It seems to be very accurate; it IS consistent. No need to ‘tap’ it on, either. AND – it came with batteries!!! Terrific product without breaking the bank – I’m a happy customer.

Artemis Fowl captivated me with his outrageous schemes and high-tech skills. I really got hooked on the scary fight with an enraged troll and the dangerous actions of an earth-gulping dwarf. The novel moves at the pace of a video game, pinging between battles and secrets revealed. I especially enjoyed the high-tech fairies, with their futurist’s gadgets and cranky suspicions about humans. The novel is also appealing if you enjoy breaking codes and sarcastic dialogue. My favorite character is Foley, a centaur with a smart mouth and the inventive talents of a next-generation Gyro Gearloose. I was caught up in the jeopardy of the story and am definitely going to read the series. I found it intriguing to have such an ambiguous main character. Artemis is a shady criminal, with unashamed greed, yet he’s also a lost boy without anywhere to belong. It will be intriguing to see his personality evolve in the next book.

My students use Office 2007 so buying this package was a necessity.
Installation on three computers was a strong selling point and the
“free” 2010 upgrade closed the deal.
